Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions GTC apply to the use of the website as well as to all contracts concluded between valeur management, Industriestrasse 17 Lausen Baselland, hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us", and the customer through this website.
By using our website and engaging in our services, the customer agrees to these GTC.
Conclusion of Contract
The contract for the provision of management services is concluded when the customer requests an offer via our website, signs a service agreement, or sends a request for consultation, which is then confirmed by us. A binding contract is formed when we confirm the customer's offer in writing.
Prices and Payment Terms
The prices for our services are agreed upon in the contract or offer. All prices are net prices and are subject to the applicable statutory VAT.
The payment terms are also specified in the contract. In general, an advance payment or payment upon completion of the service is required, depending on the type of service agreed upon.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees and, if necessary, terminate the contract.
Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after the conclusion of the contract without giving any reason, provided that no services have already been rendered.
The withdrawal must be made in writing by mail. The withdrawal period begins on the day of the conclusion of the contract. In the event of withdrawal, we will refund any payments already made by the customer, minus the proportionate costs for services already rendered.
Customer's Obligations
The customer agrees to provide us with all necessary information and resources required for the provision of the services. The customer is responsible for adhering to agreed deadlines and timeframes.
Liability
We are liable for damages only if they were caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior on our part. Our liability is limited to the typical and foreseeable damage under the contract.
We are not liable for damages caused by improper use of our services or by the actions of third parties. We cannot guarantee the success of the consulting and support services we offer, as this depends on many external factors.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
We commit to treating all data and information provided by the customer as strictly confidential and using it only for the agreed purposes. Disclosure to third parties will only occur if it is necessary to provide the service or if the customer has given prior consent.

All content on this website, including texts, images, logos, graphics, and software, is protected by copyright and may not be copied, altered, or used in any way without our express consent.
Contract Duration and Termination
The duration of the contractual relationship will be agreed upon individually. Either party may terminate the contract in writing with a notice period of 30 days, unless otherwise agreed. In the event of early termination by the customer, we are entitled to claim a pro-rata payment for services already rendered.
Amendments to the GTC
We reserve the right to change these GTC at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the customer on our website and will take effect upon their publication.
Final Provisions
Swiss law applies, excluding international sales law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Basel.
If any provision of these GTC is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
